Hi, I am Nicola Aylward.

My journey has taken me from traditional physiotherapy to a much deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of our health and our lives – how we look after our bodies, what we put into them and on them, how our emotions and stress affect our bodies every day and the incredible power of joy and gratitude!

Every week on Wednesday mornings at 7am I offer a Moment of Mindfulness to my extended community on ZOOM.
This is a free, online, half-hour session and I’d love you to join us.
Mindful Drop is a short weekly session on dōTERRA Essential oils and how I use them to support myself, our family and my patients. Join us live to ask questions or watch the recordings.

The Essential oil blends and single oils have been hand-selected to provide you with the most important tools to help you live an active life, both mentally and physically.
Your journey starts here with a selection of kit & products.
I invite you to join me on the next exploration of self-care Feminine Wisdom course – not only for yourself but so that you will be able to share this knowledge and these incredibly valuable tools with the other women in your life.

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style”

  • “If you can’t take yourself off to the mountains, beach or bush for some downtime, do yourself a favor and go to one of Nicky’s Mindfulness talks.  You’ll feel yourself letting out a long breath which you didn’t even know you were holding.  Nicky gives some physiological background as to why you handle stress the way you do and offers gentle, effective tips and reminders on how to calm yourself and your family and to focus on the moment. I highly recommend her talks."
