Talks & Tool Kits
My talks cover the effects of stress and how it impacts our bodies and the way in which we function. I provide small, easy steps that we can all take on a daily basis to help us cope better and enhance our creativity, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Over the last year or two, I have been invited to several institutions in Johannesburg, including schools, businesses and women’s groups, to talk about how the relentless pace of modern life can stifle our creativity and undermine our health, happiness and wellbeing. My talks cover the effects of stress – how it impacts our bodies and the way in which we function. My talks are also intended to provide you with a toolkit of practical tools and resources. The toolkit includes simple steps that we can take on a daily basis to help us cope better and enhance our creativity, our ability to solve problems and our decision-making skills. It also includes an introduction to mindfulness: living in the present moment and welcoming joy, gratitude and creativity back into daily life.
I offer my talks to groups of pupils, students, parents and teachers and to corporates. These topics are relevant to all. Let me know if you’d like to arrange to host or attend one of my talks.
